About Juniper Square

Our mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets. Privately owned assets like commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital make up half of our financial ecosystem yet remain inaccessible to most people. We are digitizing these markets, and as a result, bringing efficiency, transparency, and access to one of the most productive corners of our financial ecosystem. If you care about making the world a better place by making markets work better through technology – all while contributing as a member of a values-driven organization – we want to hear from you.

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our fund administration technology and services - one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important areas of our business.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing. The right candidate understands the private markets landscape from the inside - specifically the operational pressures facing CFOs, fund controllers, and finance teams managing fund administration - and knows how to translate complex product and service capabilities into messaging that moves deals and drives adoption.

This role requires someone who is as comfortable using AI to sharpen their own work as they are taking AI-powered solutions to market. Juniper Square is investing heavily in AI across the platform, and this person will play a central role in bringing those innovations to customers and preparing internal teams to sell and support them with confidence.

You’ll represent the voice of the customer within Juniper Square and serve as Juniper Square’s voice in the market. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Own the launch strategy for fund administration product and feature releases - from positioning and messaging through enablement and market activation. Execute repeatable GTM frameworks that work at every launch scale, from major product announcements to quarterly release moments.

Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop differentiated, insight-driven messaging for Juniper Square's fund administration technology and services - built on a deep understanding of what CFOs, fund controllers, and finance operations teams actually need across all functions - from investor services to accounting, treasury, compliance, loan operations, and beyond. Translate product capabilities into customer value, and customer pain into product opportunity.

AI Go-to-Market and Enablement

  • Lead the commercial strategy for Juniper Square's fund administration AI capabilities, including JunieAI and adjacent innovations across fund administration and investor operations. Develop positioning that helps prospects and customers understand not just what the technology does, but how it changes the way their teams work. Collaborate with enablement to prepare sales and customer success to have credible, informed conversations about AI - addressing both the opportunity and the questions customers bring. Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping private markets operations, so Juniper Square is always framing the conversation, not reacting to it.

Pipeline and Revenue Impact

  • Partner with marketing and sales to create high-impact content that accelerates conversion and supports active deals. Drive pipeline, upsell, and cross-sell velocity across the GP experience and fund administration product suite. Maintain a cohesive quarterly release narrative that keeps prospects and customers engaged across the full lifecycle.

Customer and Market Intelligence

  • Serve as a voice of the customer within the product and marketing organization. Conduct ongoing research with CFOs, fund controllers, treasury, compliance, finance, and operations teams to uncover unmet needs, validate positioning, and ensure product-market fit before launch. Monitor market trends - including LP reporting standards, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics - and translate them into GTM opportunities.

Sales and CS Enablement

  • Develop and maintain the content, tools, and resources that give sales and customer success teams what they need to articulate value, handle objections, and close. This includes collaborating to deliver competitive intelligence, personas, battle cards, demo narratives, and launch-readiness programs to ensure each launch is a success.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; experience in fund administration or financial services technology preferred

  • Deep familiarity with private markets and the operational/reporting needs of fund CFOs, controllers, and finance teams

  • Proven track record leading end-to-end product launches that drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact

  • Strong writer and storyteller able to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for sophisticated buyers

  • Cross-functional partner experienced working across product, sales, marketing, and customer success

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring launch success, campaign performance, and revenue impact

  • Experience marketing AI-driven products and translating complex AI capabilities into clear value for finance audiences

  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and personal productivity

  • Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a focus on outcomes over activity

The U.S. base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000 and the Canadian base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $142,000.
