The Opportunity

Product innovation only matters if customers understand it, adopt it, and see real value from it. As Buildout’s Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own how our products show up in the market — how we communicate what we build, why it matters, and how it drives meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business.

This role sits at the center of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, helping ensure that our product investments translate into clear messaging, effective launches, strong adoption, and measurable revenue impact.

How You’ll Contribute

Shape how our products show up in the market:

  • Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly articulate customer impact and differentiation

  • Translate product innovation into compelling narratives that drive understanding, adoption, and revenue growth

  • Ensure consistency in how we communicate product value across marketing, sales, customer success, and product experiences

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution:

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and strategic initiatives

  • Build and operationalize repeatable launch frameworks to improve speed, consistency, and effectiveness

  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Customer teams to drive adoption across the full customer lifecycle

  • Ensure launches are aligned with business priorities and tied to measurable outcomes

Enable revenue teams to confidently bring our products to customers:

  • Support sales and revenue growth by giving teams the messaging, tools, and insights they need to sell and succeed

  • Develop high-impact enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and customer narratives

  • Act as the connective tissue across teams to drive clarity on what is being built, for who, and why it matters

Bring the voice of the market into how we build:

  • Develop insights through customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence

  • Influence product strategy and roadmap decisions through deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics

  • Partner on pricing and packaging strategy to optimize product-market fit and revenue growth

Connect product investment to measurable business impact:

  • Define and track performance metrics tied to product launches and ongoing product performance

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve adoption, activation, expansion, and retention

  • Align what we build with customer needs, market opportunity, and company growth priorities

What Makes a Great Candidate

  • You bring strong product marketing experience

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing

    • Experience developing and executing GTM plans for new products, features, and strategic initiatives

    • Experience developing positioning, messaging, and enablement content that drives adoption and revenue impact

  • You connect the dots. You know how Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success all contribute to growth, and you enjoy helping teams operate with shared clarity and direction.

  • You translate complexity into clarity. You are comfortable getting deep into product details, understanding technical capabilities, and turning that knowledge into messaging that resonates with customers and enables internal teams to communicate with confidence.

  • You’re simultaneously at 30,000 feet and in the weeds. You enjoy thinking about positioning, narrative, and market opportunity — and you are equally comfortable building the decks, documents, and materials that help bring those ideas to life.

  • You focus on outcomes. You think beyond launching features and care deeply about whether customers adopt what we build and whether our product investments translate into results.

  • You understand the customer lifecycle. You think holistically about how messaging and enablement support activation, retention, and expansion — not just acquisition.

  • You are insight-driven. You use customer feedback, research, and data to inform messaging and GTM strategy.

  • Bonus: Experience within Commercial Real Estate (CRE) technology

We know there are great candidates who won’t check all of these boxes, and we also know you might bring important skills that we haven’t considered. If that’s you, don’t hesitate to apply and tell us about yourself.
