Leads global product marketing initiatives for ARIA CORE, working in close partnership with an existing Senior PMM to drive clear positioning, scalable go-to-market execution, and commercial impact across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Global Strategy & Positioning

  • Co-own global positioning, messaging, and value propositions for ARIA CORE PLATFORM in partnership with other Senior PMM's.

  • Define and refine target customer segments, buyer personas, and global use cases across clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.

  • Partner with Product Management to incorporate global market and customer insights into roadmap and release planning.

Go-to-Market & Portfolio Execution

  • Lead or co-lead global go-to-market planning for ARIA CORE releases, feature launches, and capability expansions.

  • Own defined GTM workstreams (e.g., specific modules, workflows, segments, or regions) to ensure clarity of accountability.

  • Support consistent global execution while enabling appropriate regional adaptation.

Clinical & Technical Expertise

  • Translate complex clinical workflows, system integrations, and technical capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value.

  • Act as a global subject matter expert for assigned ARIA CORE domains, supporting regions, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Ensure messaging and claims align with regulatory, clinical, and operational realities.

Sales Enablement & Field Support

  • Develop high-impact sales enablement assets including value narratives, competitive positioning, demo stories, and objection handling.

  • Partner with regional marketing and sales enablement teams to support training and field readiness globally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management, Clinical, Services, and Commercial teams to align strategy and execution.

  • Coordinate closely with the existing ARIA CORE Senior PMM to ensure clear ownership, minimal overlap, and efficient execution.

  • Contribute to broader Digital Oncology portfolio strategy and senior-level marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or closely related commercial roles

  • 3+ years in a senior or lead Product Marketing role with ownership of defined product or platform areas

  • Proven experience leading global go-to-market strategy and execution for complex B2B software or platform offerings

  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise or regulated markets

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical, clinical, or operational complexity into clear customer and sales narratives

  • Strong experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams

  • Experience supporting multi-region or global launches, with alignment across central and regional stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and influence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, or equivalent)

  • Experience in healthcare IT, oncology software, medical device software, or other regulated enterprise environments

  • Prior exposure to or experience marketing to clinical, operational, and IT buyer personas

  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert for assigned product domains, supporting field teams and customer engagements

  • Familiarity with regulatory, clinical, and claims review processes relevant to healthcare technology

  • Experience contributing to platform or portfolio-level marketing strategies, beyond single-product ownership

  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, global organization with shared ownership and clearly defined accountability

The base pay range for this position is:

$101,710 - $139,854

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
