The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and activating the go‑to‑market strategy for assigned business lines, products, and services. This role owns market insights, competitive differentiation, positioning and messaging, and the value story that connects product capabilities to customer and business outcomes. The PMM partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing to drive growth, enable revenue teams, and strengthen customer engagement across the full journey.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role is both strategic and hands‑on, serving as the connective tissue between product, sales, and marketing execution.

The right candidate brings 7+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or similar roles, and has a history of driving go‑to‑market strategy for products, services, or business lines.

Responsibilities
- Owns the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for assigned business lines
- Helps define and size market opportunities and growth priorities
- Translates business objectives into clear marketing plans and campaign needs
- Identifies gaps in messaging, content, enablement, and customer experience
- Develops competitive comparisons and differentiation frameworks for positioning
- Partners with Sales and Account Management to refine competitive responses
- Maintains competitive narratives aligned to market realities
- Owns the business line value story
- Defines positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate customer pain points, value proposition, and differentiated outcomes
- Outlines major themes communicated into target markets
- Ensures consistency across all channels, campaigns, and enablement assets
- Provides marketing support for new products or service offerings
- Builds positioning, messaging, and launch narratives
- Defines campaign targeting (segments, personas, client types)
- Partners with business and/or clinical and marketing ops to support launches and rollouts
- Owns business line pages and key conversion paths on the website
- Develops and maintains sales and account management materials including sales decks, brochures, flyers, case studies, RFP support and standardized responses
- Aligns enablement materials to the customer journey and buying stages
- Supports direct and indirect sales resources
- Collaborates on sales training at the business line level
- Partners on sales‑aligned campaigns (e.g., Blitz Campaigns)
- Identifies campaign needs based on market, sales, and customer insights
- Creates and guides supporting content such as white papers, blogs, eBooks, testimonials and customer proof points
- Ensures content aligns to value story and buyer needs
- Supports integrated campaign planning with Demand, Digital, and Events teams
- Supports Account Management engagement strategies
- Supports resident engagement initiatives where applicable
- Partners with teams on user groups and customer communities
- Supports CEU programs and educational initiatives
- Leads or supports speaking submissions and conference presence
- Positions subject matter experts and business leaders effectively in the market
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing or related roles
- Proven experience owning go‑to‑market strategy for products, services, or business lines
- Strong background in positioning, messaging, and value story development
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex offerings into clear, differentiated customer value
- Hands‑on experience developing sales enablement materials, including sales decks, case studies, and RFP support
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Ability to define target segments, personas, and campaign needs aligned to business goals
- Strong content strategy experience, including white papers, blogs, eBooks, testimonials, and product web pages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability
- Experience in health care industry, preferred
