About The Role
As a key leader within the Product Marketing team, you’ll drive meaningful business impact by shaping strategy, influencing cross-functional decisions, and bringing clarity to how we take our products to market. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, apply deep market and customer insight, and play a critical role in accelerating ScalePad’s growth in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. This role will join ScalePad at an exciting, transformational time and you will have the opportunity to drive the positioning, messaging, and category success for Customer Success.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a key product portfolio within the ScalePad Platform. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role that requires strong business acumen, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of how AI is rapidly transforming our industry. The ideal candidate understands our market, customers, and competitive landscape, and is highly fluent in emerging AI technologies—translating both product capabilities and AI-driven innovation into clear, differentiated positioning and impactful GTM strategies.
You will operate at the center of Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive alignment, influence product direction, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all partner-facing motions. You bring an AI-first mindset—proactively identifying how advancements in AI can shape our messaging, enhance differentiation, and unlock new opportunities for growth and customer value.
You will own your product portfolio end-to-end—shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable impact on adoption, expansion, and overall business performance, while helping ScalePad stay at the forefront of an AI-enabled future.
