What You’ll Be Doing

Procedureflow is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Product Marketer to join our Marketing team. As a Senior Product Marketer at Procedureflow, your mission is to create demand for Procedureflow products through effective messaging and marketing programs.

 

  • Perform market research to segment the market and establish buyer insight, identifying what opportunities, challenges and dynamics exist for our products
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to bring products to market through effective launches to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Plan and manage product launches and release communications in concert with other functions, including product management and engineering
  • Guide, create and deliver messaging and content to communicate value to the market
  • Persuade and engage with various market and influencer audiences by demonstrating solid communication skills in both written and presentation form, including becoming an “evangelist” and spokesperson for the company
  • Manage and support voice of the customer (VoC) initiatives and programs
  • Implement and refine programs to drive the impact of marketing:
    • Collaborate with the demand generation team to create and execute high-response campaigns
    • Help field and vertical teams penetrate their industry and market segments
    • Enable direct and indirect (partner) sales teams
    • Lead or support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
    • Foster customer loyalty, satisfaction, retention and growth through customer marketing and advocacy
  • Apply technology and data to increase marketing reach, grow demand, streamline processes and make more informed decisions
  • Manage the performance of the product marketing team, programs and collaboration with other stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
  • Undertake and oversee a continuous assessment, definition and communication of the market
  • Drive product strategy through collaboration with the marketing team, executives, product management and engineering
  • Create positioning, messaging, storylines and content that is compelling and impactful
  • Drive impact by developing and executing programs for sustained market impact
  • Apply technology and analytics to drive results


Who You Are:

  • This is a very hands-on role so the ability to roll up your sleeves, work with multiple departments, implement strategy, and support the full lifecycle in marketing initiatives is essential
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager for a SaaS B2B product
  • Must have an understanding and demonstrated capability in product marketing methodologies and principles
  • Strong understanding of products costs profiles, profit margins, pricing strategies, competitive positioning, enhancements, terminations, product extensions, technological advancements, product roadmap, channels to market, stage in product life cycle, etc.
  • Technical background with experience in software or information development a strong asset
  • Knowledge of our industry an asset
  • Proven business strategy and analysis skills
  • High energy, enthusiastic and self-starting personality
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills

Procedureflow is a remote-first company, and this is a work from home opportunity. Our head office is in Saint John, New Brunswick, (which is available to you as a workspace), but we know you can do your work from anywhere in Canada.
