THE OPPORTUNITY

To power our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape our go to market strategy by supporting our sales and marketing teams for direct and channel engagement.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and coordinate go-to-market plans, including positioning, pricing, messaging, sales enablement materials and training, internal and external communication materials
• Support a multi-channel product marketing strategy that includes the development and implementation of sales and support materials, case studies, and whitepapers
• Align closely with Product, Sales, Engineering and Data Science to influence product roadmap prioritization by identifying customer and market needs
• Explore the feasibility of new ideas or researching how to enhance existing offerings
• Serve as market-facing subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader for Cyera

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of product marketing experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or as-a-Service technologies 

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

Compensation Range: $150,000-$190,000. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
