Little more about the team:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid channels across search, social, display, and emerging platforms. This role will be critical in driving pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility while ensuring efficiency and scalability in our marketing spend.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering closely with product marketing, sales, and analytics to deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategy across search, social, display, and programmatic channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting with a focus on ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
  • Conduct ongoing channel mix audits, reallocating budget toward best-performing campaigns.
  • Build and test landing pages, ad copy, and creative in partnership with design and product marketing.
  • Implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to improve CTRs, CVRs, and quality scores.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, building dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales, demand gen, and product marketing to align campaigns with GTM priorities.
  • Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing; identify new opportunities to diversify channels. 

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or demand generation.
  • Hands-on expertise in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience managing multi-channel budgets and delivering forecasts.
  • Proven track record of improving ROI and driving qualified pipeline.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing, attribution models, and funnel analysis.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$165,000$190,000 USD
