TL;DR
We’re hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own deepset’s partner marketing motion end to end. You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to drive mindshare, pipeline, and revenue through joint positioning, launches, enablement, and campaigns, launches with global SIs, technology partners, and regional experts. You’re focus will be expanding deepset’s success in the public sector, defense, and enterprise spaces with key partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B partner, alliances, or field marketing
- Experience in enterprise AI, developer platforms, data, or infrastructure
- Successful partner collaboration within public sector, defense, regulated industries, or complex enterprise buying cycles
- Strong experience materializing impact with SIs and ISVs
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills that bridges complex technical subjects with business buyers
- Proven ability to plan and run joint GTM programs supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Collaborative, structured, and thrives in a fast-moving scale-up

What you will do
- Own and execute deepset’s partner marketing strategy across global SIs, technology ISV partners, and regional partners
- Lead partner launches, certifications, and strategic announcements
- Design and run joint GTM partner programs that drive awareness, thought leadership, enablement, and pipeline
- Create partner-ready assets such as co-branded decks, solution briefs, case studies, reference architectures, and sales enablement materials
- Curate, organize, and run partner specific events such as conference exhibition and speaking, roundtables, and meetups
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Managers to support priority accounts and partner-led deals
- Track partner marketing impact, including increased mindshare, pipeline contribution, and ROI
