As a Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager, you will own and execute paid search campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue growth across global markets. You will manage strategy, optimization, and reporting for Google, Bing, and other paid channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role blends analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, requiring collaboration across marketing, digital, and product teams. You will influence campaign direction, uncover actionable insights from performance data, and continuously improve customer acquisition and conversion strategies. Accountabilities:- Manage and optimize global paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Track pacing, budgets, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and align paid search with SEO strategy.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and customer behavior insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS digital marketing experience with a focus on paid search.
- Proven experience managing global campaigns, ideally in multiple languages.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and customer touchpoints.
- Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and multivariate experiments.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, and Google Analytics.
- Preferred: Experience with demand generation campaigns and cross-channel marketing strategies.
