Location: The Senior Marketing Operations & Program Manager is a remote position located in the US with 10% travel required to meet business needs. 

 

Your Role: 

The Senior Marketing Operations & Program Manager plays a central role in enabling how marketing works—bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to planning, prioritization, and execution. This role partners across the Process Solutions Marketing Center and key stakeholders to develop scalable processes, practical tools, and coordinated programs that improve effectiveness and drive alignment to business priorities.

This position will play a critical role with focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality, integrated marketing.

 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Lead and continuously improve marketing planning processes, including timelines, templates, and governance to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Drive the evolution and adoption of integrated marketing frameworks and standardized ways of working, connecting business priorities to execution.
  • Develop and maintain tools, templates, and guidance that enable teams to plan and execute effectively with clarity and consistency.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and key initiatives (e.g., planning cycles, Marketing Day, marketing program budget review) ensuring alignment, coordination, and delivery.
  • Bring structure and transparency to priorities, workflows, and interdependencies across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve how marketing operates; embed a test-and-learn, optimization mindset.
  • Define and embed marketing excellence standards and best practices that elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of marketing.

  • Improves clarity, prioritization, and focus across marketing initiatives.
  • Enables teams with practical tools and frameworks that increase speed and quality of execution.

  • Advances a more efficient, simplified, and continuously improving marketing operating model.

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or marketing strategy related roles in B2B environments

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience building and improving marketing planning processes, frameworks, or operating models
  • Experience developing scalable tools, templates, and playbooks that improve consistency and effectiveness
  • Experience identifying and driving process improvement, simplification, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing, campaign planning, or go-to-market processes
  • Skilled in prioritization, project management, and stakeholder management
  • Preference given to candidates with life science industry experience

 

Pay range for this position: $125,000 - $180,000

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
