Salary: £75,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role 

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations – EMEA is responsible for leading the execution and operational delivery of marketing across the EMEA region, translating enterprise strategy and business priorities into high-impact, commercially relevant marketing outcomes. This role partners closely with senior business leaders, Regional leadership, and global marketing to deliver integrated marketing activity across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models, ensuring the value of proximity, domain expertise, and global scale are clearly and credibly articulated. This is a hands-on, execution-led leadership role, ideal for a senior marketer with deep experience in BPO or managed services environments who thrives in complex, matrixed organisations.

Key Responsivities

· Lead day-to-day marketing operations across the region

· Translate business priorities into executable marketing plans, campaigns, events, and content

· Orchestrate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget

· Act as the primary operational backstop for EMEA marketing execution

· Partner closely with UK/EMEA-based business leaders to:

  • Shape and execute go-to-market narratives
  • Support priority growth initiatives
  • Translate complex service offerings into clear, compelling marketing outputs

· Bring strong understanding of hybrid delivery models, including the role and value of onshore operations alongside nearshore and offshore delivery

· Accountability for overall thought leadership outcomes across the region

· Own execution of business- and growth-led thought leadership, including:

o   Client-relevant POVs

o   Capability narratives

o   Event and sales-enabled content

· Personally draft, edit, and refine content as required

· Work closely with subject matter experts to extract insight and translate it into publishable material

· Collaborate with Digital & PR leadership on narrative-led and reputation-focused thought leadership, amplification, and external visibility

Events & field marketing

· Own planning and execution of industry events, executive roundtables, and client forums

· Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up

· Partner with sales and leadership teams to define objectives and measure outcomes

Vendor & partner management

· Manage agencies, freelancers, designers, content partners, and event vendors

· Own briefing, quality control, timelines, and spend discipline

· Ensure partners operate as extensions of the marketing function, not drivers of strategy

Collaboration & integration

· Work closely with Regional Digital, Brand & PR leadership to ensure alignment across campaigns, content, PR, and digital amplification

· Partner with global marketing to ensure consistency with enterprise narrative and brand standards

· Represent marketing operations confidently in regional leadership forums

Personal attributes

  • 10–12 years of marketing experience
  • · Strong background in BPO, managed services, or outsourcing
  • · Experience marketing blended delivery models, including:
  • Onshore operation, Nearshore centres and Offshore delivery
  • Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively
  • Experience working directly with senior business leaders
  • Comfortable operating with lean teams and limited structure

Preferred

  • Prior leadership of marketing for a small to mid-sized BPO or services firm
  • Experience supporting regulated or risk-sensitive industries
  • Strong operational and commercial orientation
