Integration meets Innovation

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own, optimize, and scale the marketing technology ecosystem that powers our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data infrastructure, and systems integration, playing a critical role in enabling efficient and measurable marketing execution across the buyer’s journey.

As the senior point of contact for all MarTech systems, you’ll lead platform strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and work cross-functionally with demand generation, sales/rev ops, data teams, and IT. You'll report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will directly influence how our campaigns perform, how data flows, and how we measure success.

What would you do if hired?

Marketing Systems Ownership

  • Own and manage the marketing technology stack (e.g., Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Clay etc.).
  • Ensure system integrations and data synchronization between these tools to ensure seamless lead flow, marketing funnel tracking, and performance insights.
  • Lead vendor evaluations, tool selection, contract renewals, and roadmap planning for all marketing systems.

Platform Administration & Execution

  • Serve as the lead administrator for core tools (e.g. HubSpot) including user management, lead routing, campaign operations, and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with campaign teams to ensure systems are supporting program delivery and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain scalable, modular program templates, lead scoring, and data flows.

Governance, Compliance & Data Quality

  • Implement and enforce standards for data hygiene, enrichment, and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations across systems.
  • Partner with the data and legal teams to audit marketing data processes and ensure best practices.

Process & Performance Optimization

  • Advise and facilitate the use of AI in mar-tech tools by the marketing organization to accelerate execution, lift performance, and drive innovation.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve campaign efficiency, tool utilization, and team productivity.
  • Create documentation and training materials to support systems use across the global marketing team.
  • Create and deliver enablement for the marketing organization on core systems, tools, metrics, and processes.
  • Track platform usage, adoption, and impact across regions and business units.
Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex system architectures across global marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, campaign execution workflows, and attribution frameworks.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.

Education & Experience

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology roles, with 3+ years of direct system ownership.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot), Salesforce CRM, and integration tools (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, Zapier).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Certified Expert or Admin strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ABM and orchestration platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit), routing tools (LeanData), and analytics (Tableau, Looker, or Domo).
  • Knowledge of SQL or working with technical teams on data models and ETL processes.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $125,000 and $150,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
