The Senior Marketing Manager, Organic Strategy is responsible for executing market-level organic growth programs that support same-store growth, new patient acquisition, service line visibility, and market positioning across Boomerang Healthcare’s footprint. 


This role is an individual contributor (no direct reports) and serves as a key execution partner to the VP of Market Strategy & Growth. The Senior Marketing Manager will drive disciplined delivery across SEO/content planning, local listings and reputation, organic social, and clinic-facing collateral, coordinating closely with clinic operations and business development stakeholders and coordinating with external vendors supporting website updates, reputation management, and collateral work. 


Additionally, this role will support thought leadership positioning, including identifying and coordinating opportunities to showcase Boomerang Healthcare’s clinical and business expertise through speaking engagements and industry events.



*This is a remote role. We are only hiring in the following states: AZ, CA, NM, NV, OR, TX and WA.


What you will do:

Organic Strategy Execution  

  • Execute market-level organic campaigns and optimization plans aligned to growth priorities. 
  • Partner with site operations and Business Development leaders to ensure organic efforts reflect local market dynamics and referral priorities. 
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of organic initiatives by market/service line  

Corporate Communications (Internal & External) 

  • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies. 
  • Draft executive communications and announcements. 
  • Ensure message consistency across channels. 
  • Support internal alignment across clinics and departments. 
  • Develop executive visibility content. 

Thought Leadership & Speaking Engagement Strategy 

  • Develop plan for speaking engagements and industry events. 
  • Identify opportunities for executives and clinicians. 
  • Support presentation development and submissions. 
  • Track ROI and impact.  

Website Content Governance & SEO Coordination 

  • Own the process for website content accuracy and freshness across service line pages, provider bios, and location pages. 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect updates (new providers, service changes, location updates, statistics) and ensure timely implementation by website vendors. 
  • Review vendor-delivered website updates for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance; track revisions through completion. 
  • Maintain an editorial/content calendar and briefs for vendor-supported content production (blogs and landing page content) aligned to organic priorities. 

Organic Social Posting & Management 

  • Manage organic social channels and day-to-day publishing. 
  • Identify social channel expansion opportunities. 
  • Create organic posts with the goal of driving traffic to strategic landing pages and supporting market campaigns. 

Reputation Management (Sites & Providers) 

  • Oversee and optimize clinic and provider business listings (accuracy, completeness, categories, photos, services). 
  • Coordinate with external reputation management vendors to ensure timely, compliant responses to positive and negative reviews. 
  • Monitor reputation performance trends and surface recurring themes to operations/leadership. 

Community Organic Outreach 

  • Create campaign-specific community announcements. 
  • Support referral physician outreach announcements in partnership with Business Development. 

Marketing Collateral Content Development & Clinic Intake Workflow 

  • Oversee marketing collateral content development and requests (one-pagers, flyers, program/service line overviews, referral-facing materials), ensuring brand consistency and alignment to growth priorities. 
  • Manage and continuously improve clinic marketing intake forms and request workflows (intake, prioritization, routing, status visibility, and follow-up). 
  • Maintain a simple, searchable library of approved collateral and templates for clinic teams. 

Measurement & Reporting 

  • Build and maintain dashboards for organic performance (SEO, local listings, reputation, organic social) by market and service line. 
  • Provide monthly reporting with insights, recommendations, and prioritized next actions. 
  • Assumes other responsibilities as appropriate to the position and organizational needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. 
  • 7+ years of experience in organic marketing, SEO/content strategy, and/or growth marketing; multi-location experience strongly preferred. 
  • Thought leadership development & content strategy 
  • Corporate communications & executive  
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating local SEO, content programs, and reputation management at scale (including vendor coordination). 
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate clinical services into clear, compliant messaging. 
  • Experience coordinating collateral production and managing intake/request workflows across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors/agencies (briefs, timelines, QA, and accountability). 
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance data to prioritize work. 


Compensation Range: 

$115,000 to $125,000 Annually

All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
