Minty is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand, demand generation, and events strategy during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the CMO, this role will drive integrated marketing initiatives across both shopper and e-commerce brand audiences — building awareness, generating demand, and scaling growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing key marketing channels and a small team, with responsibility for executing high-impact campaigns across digital, events, and media.

Who You Are
You are a well-rounded marketing leader with experience across brand, demand generation, and campaign execution. You are equally comfortable building strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute across channels.
You have experience marketing to both consumer and B2B audiences and understand how to drive measurable growth through integrated campaigns. You are data-driven, highly organized, and effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You are a strong team leader who can develop talent while driving accountability and results.
What You Will Do

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Demand Generation: Build and optimize lead generation and nurturing programs using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

Events Execution: Own end-to-end execution of events (in-person and virtual), including logistics, promotion, and post-event performance tracking.

Paid & Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels including SEO, SEM, and paid media to drive traffic, leads, and conversion.

Content & Enablement: Create and manage marketing assets (case studies, webinars, sales materials, web content) to support demand generation and sales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across campaigns.

Performance & Optimization: Track campaign performance and continuously optimize programs to improve ROI and pipeline impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing across B2B and/or consumer environments
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns, events, and demand generation programs with measurable results
- Proficiency with marketing automation, AI tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
