Koantek is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to execute field, partner, and demand generation marketing across the Americas, with a strong focus on joint marketing initiatives with Databricks.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role responsible for turning marketing strategy into action, running campaigns, activating partners, supporting sales, and ensuring programs are delivered on time and with impact.
Field & Demand Generation
ā Execute regional demand gen programs across campaigns, webinars, and events
ā Support pipeline generation through coordinated field marketing initiatives
ā Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups
Partner & Joint Marketing
ā Execute joint marketing programs with Databricks, including:
ā Co-branded campaigns
ā Joint webinars and workshops
ā Field events and executive sessions
ā Coordinate closely with Databricks partner marketing and sales teams on messaging, timelines, and deliverables
ā Support MDF-funded initiatives and ensure clean execution
Events & Field Execution (Travel Required)
ā Plan and execute in-person and virtual events (conferences, roadshows, webinars)
ā Coordinate event logistics, materials, speakers, and on-site support
ā Manage post-event follow-up with sales and partners
Content & Cross-Channel Coordination
ā Coordinate development of decks, one-pagers, emails, event materials, and customer stories
ā Proactively gather inputs and approvals from internal teams and partners
ā Work with social teams to align promotion around key campaigns and events
Marketing Operations
ā Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and execution documentation
ā Support CRM and marketing automation execution (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
ā Ensure leads, assets, and campaign data are properly tracked
ā 4ā7 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or partner marketing
ā Proven experience executing campaigns, events, and regional programs
ā Strong project management and organizational skills
ā Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, partners, and leadership
ā Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā Willingness to travel for events
ā B2B technology, data, cloud, or services marketing
ā Partner and co-marketing program experience
ā Familiarity with Databricks or cloud ecosystem partners
ā Experience working across multiple time zones
