The Senior Marketing Associate supports the execution and evolution of NCBE’s digital marketing, audience engagement, and product marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels. This role combines strong hands-on execution with strategic marketing insight, helping translate organizational goals into integrated campaigns that strengthen visibility, expand audience reach, support revenue-generating initiatives, and drive meaningful user action. 


The Senior Marketing Associate plays a key role in the development, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, web content, digital advertising, sponsorship promotion, and audience nurturing initiatives. The role contributes to both campaign execution and marketing strategy, helping identify opportunities for audience growth, lifecycle engagement, conversion optimization, and expanded market visibility. 


Working across teams, this position supports marketing strategies tied to NCBE products, programs, events, and organizational priorities. The role helps manage audience segmentation, lead nurturing, marketing automation workflows, and performance tracking through platforms such as HubSpot, while contributing data-informed insights that improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. 


The ideal candidate brings strong digital marketing and content development skills, experience executing both organic and paid marketing strategies, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with high-quality execution in a fast-moving environment. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies across NCBE’s web, email, social media, and paid channels, ensuring campaigns align with organizational goals, audience needs, and brand standards. 
  • Develops, edits, and manages marketing content across formats, including email campaigns, web copy, social media content, digital advertising assets, sponsorship materials, and promotional campaigns. 
  • Builds, tests, and deploys email marketing, audience nurture, and marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot (or similar platforms), including audience segmentation, workflow management, list maintenance, and A/B testing. 
  • Supports product marketing and audience engagement initiatives across the user lifecycle, helping strengthen awareness, adoption, retention, and conversion. 
  • Assists in the execution and optimization of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns designed to increase audience growth, visibility, engagement, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance across channels, including email metrics, web traffic, social engagement, lead generation, and conversion data, and contributes recommendations for ongoing optimization and growth. 
  • Maintains marketing assets, workflows, campaign tracking, and reporting within HubSpot and related platforms, ensuring data accuracy and operational effectiveness. 
  • Contributes to content calendars, editorial planning, and campaign strategy discussions, helping identify opportunities for audience development, sponsorship visibility, and expanded digital engagement. 
  • Engages with NCBE’s online community by monitoring inquiries, comments, and audience interactions and escalating issues as appropriate. 
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support integrated campaigns, product launches, conferences, webinars, and broader organizational initiatives. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, audience engagement, communications, or related fields required. 
  • Experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid channels. 
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including email campaign deployment, audience segmentation, workflow automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking. 
  • Familiarity with digital advertising strategy, audience growth initiatives, lifecycle marketing, and conversion-focused campaign development. 
  • Experience monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, audience growth, lead generation, and web analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Ability to identify audience trends, user behaviors, and opportunities to improve campaign performance, engagement, and user experience. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit clear, audience-focused content across channels. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive projects forward, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute both strategically and tactically within cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging digital marketing tools, trends, audience engagement strategies, and marketing best practices. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) required. 


The Senior Marketing Associate may work remotely. NCBE will consider applicants from the following states: FL, IA, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MN, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OK, PA, WA, and WI.
