Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing artist with leadership qualities. As a senior marketing artist you will participate in the creative process, working with art and marketing leadership to generate concepts and execute them across multiple lanes of business. Successful candidates will be skilled with digital art tools, armed with fresh ideas to bring to the table and be adept at delegating to junior artists on a per-project basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Create stunning visual content using digital design tools.
• Design clean, engaging layouts for marketing materials.
• Format creative assets for multiple platforms.
• Edit short-form videos for ads and social media.
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation and ideation.
• Research competitor ads across social platforms and report key trends.
• Assist in brainstorming concepts for ads and social posts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and self-manage tasks.
• Delegate tasks to juniors on a per-project basis.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in related industry, working with or adjacent marketing departments, creating art for advertising or social media posts. Experience in Mobile Apps or Gaming companies, a huge plus. Must be familiar with the gaming space, and have an overall passion for pop culture.
• Experience as a manager a plus.
• Strong sense of artistic design, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects
• Figma
• Cap Cut Pro a plus
