Role Purpose:
Hain Celestial is transforming the way we approach brand building to drive our new growth strategy. The Senior Manager, Media plays a critical role in this transformation, working across the North American portfolio to create impactful omnichannel plans that meet consumers and shoppers where they are on the path to purchase.
You will lead the development of full-funnel media frameworks across national and retail channels, manage the performance and expectations of our Media and Shopper agency partners, and equip brand teams with the tools needed to execute best-in-class plans.
This role will be crucial to Hain’s future success, building brands through a full-funnel approach that drives short and long-term results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing Shopper and Media agency relationship and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement omnichannel media strategies across major platforms, driving growth and brand presence in the national, e-commerce and retail sectors to ensure alignment with our overall unified commerce and marketing goals.
- Navigate the dynamic landscape of digital media, focusing on key platforms such as Meta, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Amazon, and Albertsons Media Collective. You will lead our efforts to optimize our presence and performance
- Help position Hain as a credible, strategic partner to retailers through strong media and shopper expertise
- Act as an advisor to the brand teams as they execute their media plans

Serve as the connector between Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, and eCommerce to integrate full-funnel media strategies and promotional activity, linking both to business outcomes
- Advise brand teams on how to embed media strategy into joint business planning, sell stories, and retail conversations
- Drive the integration of insights into the broader e-commerce and omnichannel strategy, contributing to joint business planning and strategic discussions across the media mix
- Ensure media strategies and executions align with the right audiences and right messages as defined by the brands

Deploy a consistent measurement framework across working media
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across teams
- Scale learnings and best practices across brands to drive consistency and efficiency
- Ensure media agency effectively leverages real-time optimization of our marketing initiatives across platforms
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the evolving media landscape, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Drives continuous refresh of marketing opportunities as part of the Integrated Business Process
- Provides guidance on how to evaluate inbound opportunities from Sales function
- Guides on the type of content/input on marketing activation to elevate in key commercial planning milestones
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably within a CPG (consumer packaged goods) or agency environment.
- Proven track record in digital media planning and execution, with a strong focus on programmatic and social media.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
