Senior Manager – Marketing AI & Innovation Analytics
What you will do
The Senior Manager of Marketing AI & Innovation Analytics (GCCI) is responsible for translating AI-driven insights into coordinated customer engagement strategies and establishing the measurement frameworks required to evaluate their impact. This role ensures AI-enabled marketing capabilities are effectively activated across brands and connected to measurable business outcomes.
This individual will serve as the analytics lead for AI Marketing—partnering across Marketing, GCCI, BAI, and external partners to drive data orchestration, performance measurement, experimentation, and evaluation of future AI capabilities and partnerships.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Operations, or related experience

Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Operations, or related experience

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Operations, or related experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Operations, or related experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Operations, or related experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
