Senior Manager, Events Marketing
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Manager, Events Marketing to take the lead in crafting, executing, and measuring high-impact in-person events across the United States. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary driver of event strategy, responsible for generating and advancing our sales pipeline through an extremely high-volume program of approximately 80 events per quarter. You will manage a complex mix of experiences, ranging from "trade show in a box" logistics to full VIP activations like events at MLB stadiums, F1 racing, and customer summits. As the key liaison between marketing, sales enablement, and leadership, your operational expertise and focus on pipeline generation will be critical to achieving our goals across enterprise and other key customer segments.
What You'll Do
Lead High-Volume Event Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning, build, and execution of a complex and demanding event portfolio (approximately 6 to 8 in-person events per month) , ensuring seamless on-site logistical experience.
Pioneer Creative Activation: Implement unique event programs, leveraging your creative ideation and activation skills to develop outstanding, scalable in-person experiences that drive new business and upsells —including specialized, high-touch events like Michelin star restaurant lunch & learns.
Drive Pipeline & Metrics: Own pipeline targets, marketing lead funnel, and conversion metrics for the events program, speaking fluently in leads/conversion lingo to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities.
Enable Sales Success: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure strong enablement and alignment on event goals, maximizing follow-up and ROI.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proactively drive cross-functional collaboration with Campaign Ops, Marketing Ops, and Demand Gen teams to ensure event programs are fully integrated and optimized.
Travel and Presence: Be prepared to travel regularly (up to 3x monthly during busy seasons like October, with a minimum of 1x monthly travel) to be present for event execution.
Budget and Vendor Management: Expertly manage all third-party vendors, contractors, and event budgets, ensuring fiscal accuracy and successful program delivery.
What We Look For
Senior B2B Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a B2B event marketing role, with B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
Detail and Process Orientation: Extreme detail-orientation with strong process adherence ; capable of managing complex, high-volume schedules and logistics flawlessly.
Pipeline Focused: Proven ability to connect event strategy directly to measurable pipeline impact and drive conversion against strategic goals.
Exceptional Management Skills: Expert-level project and time management skills , and the proven ability to own event execution and lead others (direct and indirect) to meet deadlines.
Creative Problem Solver: Strong capacity for creative event ideation and activation , coupled with self-motivation to think through problems and come up with innovative solutions.
Leadership and Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with senior executives and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
Travel Flexibility: Must be willing and able to meet the travel requirement of 1x monthly minimum, up to 3x during busy seasons.

Compensation
All full-time employees will receive a competitive total compensation package, including salary and equity (stock options).
The base compensation for this role is XX-XX in local currency.
