Job Title: Senior Manager of Digital

Location: Virtual

Job summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Digital to lead our digital marketing function and drive best-in-class execution across all online channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will own the digital strategy that powers brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation globally. This role combines leadership, innovation, and hands-on expertise in digital marketing, ensuring our brand delivers exceptional experiences across all owned and earned platforms (ex: web, social, paid media, and emerging platforms). You will oversee a team responsible for web design and optimization, digital advertising, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology, while partnering closely with creative, content, and demand generation teams.

Key responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute a global digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand vision.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Own the roadmap for owned and earned digital channels, including website, paid media, SEO, and emerging platforms.
  • Optimize user journeys to increase engagement and lead conversion.
  • Drive optimization and A/B testing on digital properties.
  • Ensure consistency of digital experience across owned channels.

Website & Digital Experience

  • Manage the strategy, UX, and performance of key digital channels (Ex: website, landing pages, conversion flows) to deliver a seamless, high-performing user experience.
  • Ensure web content and design reflect brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization and personalization strategies.

Performance Marketing & Paid Media

  • Manage global paid media programs across search, display, social, and ABM platforms.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using analytics and attribution models.

Content & Thought Leadership Support

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to amplify thought leadership through digital channels.
  • Ensure digital assets for blogs, reports, and social campaigns are optimized for engagement and reach.
  • Innovate new ways to showcase brand expertise through interactive and multimedia formats.

Analytics & Technology

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage analytics and reporting, providing insights to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Skills & competencies

  • Proven experience leading digital marketing in a B2B or global brand environment.
  • Expertise in owned and earned digital strategy, UX/UI, SEO, paid media, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms (ex: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase) and analytics tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
