Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist - US. Remote

Our Team

VistaPrint's influencer program has grown from a small pilot into a scaled engine driving brand awareness, content creation, and customer acquisition across North America. We're looking for a Sr. Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us keep building.

This role sits within our global Affiliate & Influencer team, with a dedicated focus on the North America program. You'll play a key role in how our influencer program runs day-to-day — owning the operational rhythm, keeping our agency accountable, and making sure the program delivers. You'll work closely with your manager on strategy and channel direction, and you'll have real ownership over the execution and accountability infrastructure that keeps the program running.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute a data-driven influencer channel strategy that delivers against growth KPIs — and present clear performance narratives to marketing leadership on a regular cadence.

• Run program performance end-to-end: build reporting rhythms, design and run structured tests, document learnings, and optimize on weekly and monthly cycles.

• Manage the agency relationship from scope through delivery: fee structures, budget discipline, sharp negotiations, and ongoing strategic alignment.

• Collaborate across Paid Media, Brand, Creative, Social, and Analytics to keep influencer strategy integrated with the broader marketing system.

• 3-5 years in influencer marketing with demonstrated performance results

• Solid understanding of how influencer programs work across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — platform fluency matters here.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, you're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Comfort working with data: pulling reports, tracking performance, and flagging what's working and what isn't.

• Clear, confident communicator with agencies, creators, and internal teammates alike.

Compensation: 

US Target Hiring Range :$65,000.00 - $110,000.00 Per Year

Cimpress/Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, 
the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Cimpress/Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.

Due to current US government policy changes, we are currently not sponsoring new H-1B petitions subject to the $100,000 filing fee under the September 2025 Presidential Proclamation. Candidates with existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to this fee may still be considered.
