We’re hiring a Head of Organic Media to own and scale organic content output across multiple platforms for a fast-growing personal brand.
This is an operator role, not a hands-off strategist.
Your core responsibility is to dramatically increase both the volume and platform-specific quality of organic content published across YouTube, Instagram, and (soon) LinkedIn, while coordinating closely with email and video production.
You will act as the central owner of organic media, managing internal team members and external agencies where needed, and ensuring every piece of content is optimized for the platform it’s published on.
You will:
Proven experience scaling organic content volume on at least one major platform (YouTube, Instagram, or LinkedIn)
Deep understanding of platform-specific optimization
Experience managing creators, videographers, editors etc. Not just freelancers but full time team members who reported directly to you.
Comfortable owning outcomes, not just “ideas”. Owning a project or system end to end and ensuring its completion to a high-standard.
