Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Sr. Growth Marketing Manager with additional brand responsibility. You will be responsible for building a strong, consistent brand while simultaneously designing and implementing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who can manage our brand's voice and identity while also executing data-informed growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Management: Develop, guard, and evangelize our company's brand identity, voice, and messaging, serving as the primary liaison for our external PR firm to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention within our target market.

  • Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns (e.g., content marketing, email, social media, paid ads) from concept to execution, including the management of outside contractors for creative development and digital enhancements.

  • Content Creation: Oversee and create compelling, on-brand content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters) that speaks to our target audience.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Client Delivery, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Growth Budget Management: Manage the budget for growth-related campaigns and initiatives, allocating spend effectively to achieve performance goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing role with responsibilities in both management and digital/growth marketing.

  • Brand Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building or managing a brand's identity, voice, and style.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.

  • Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience with key marketing channels (e.g., Content Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Paid Advertising).

  • Content Creation: Excellent writing and communication skills, with a portfolio of content (e.g., blog posts, social copy) as a plus.

  • Collaboration: Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry, especially healthcare technology.

  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with key tools in our stack, including HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $120K-$140K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. Final compensation will also include a variable component and stock options.

Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
