The Role

We are hiring our first Senior Growth Marketing Lead to design, build, and operate Force Fleet’s growth function.

You will own the full growth funnel, from acquisition to activation to lifecycle engagement, and move quickly to launch experiments that drive measurable revenue impact.

This is a builder role, not a coordinator or management role.

You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and have immediate ownership of a meaningful growth budget to test and scale initiatives.

What You’ll Do and Own

1. Build the Growth Engine

Design and operate Force Fleet’s modern growth system. This includes:

  • High-intent customer acquisition
  • Funnel conversion optimization
  • Post-onboarding user activation
  • Lifecycle engagement and retention

You will design, launch, and test experiments, and scale the ones that work.

2. Run Rapid Growth Experiments

We expect this role to move fast inside of the organization. Examples of experiments you may run:

  • Landing page experiments
  • Messaging tests
  • Funnel conversion optimization
  • Lifecycle engagement campaigns
  • New acquisition channels
  • Product-led growth initiatives

Success in this role means running continuous experiments and learning quickly.

3. Operate a Modern AI-Powered Growth Stack

We expect this role to leverage modern tools to accelerate execution. You will also have the autonomy to introduce and implement new tools that improve speed and efficiency. Everything is on the table.

Current MarTech stack includes:

  • HubSpot
  • Intercom
  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Lovable

4. Own the Lifecycle Experience

Growth doesn’t stop at acquisition. You will work collaboratively with the product team to design and improve:

  • New user activation campaigns
  • Customer education and feature release campaigns
  • Re-engagement campaigns
  • Product adoption messaging

Goal: increase activation, engagement, and expansion revenue.

5. Co-Manage the SEO & Content Engine

You will work with our external SEO/content agency to ensure that content strategy supports growth objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing topics and content strategy
  • Tracking organic traffic growth performance
  • Aligning content with high-intent acquisition goals

Success in this role means building and operating a modern growth engine that consistently improves how Force Fleet attracts, activates, and retains customers. The end goal is a notable and measurable impact on ARR.

A strong candidate will bring a mindset of continuous experimentation, launching and iterating on new ideas regularly to identify what works and scale successful initiatives.

Success means consistently running structured growth experiments across the funnel, identifying winning ideas, and scaling them across the business.

Your impact will be visible across three key areas of ownership:

  • Acquisition: You will continuously improve how Force Fleet attracts and converts high-quality customers. Success means identifying new acquisition opportunities, optimizing existing channels, and improving the efficiency of the growth funnel. This includes launching and scaling new experiments that increase qualified pipeline and convert interest into active customers.
  • Engagement: You will help ensure that new customers quickly understand the value of the product and begin using it in meaningful ways. Success means improving new user activation and onboarding experiences, lifecycle messaging, and overall product adoption so that customers move from initial signup to meaningful engagement faster.
  • Retention: You will contribute to building long-term customer relationships and increasing the lifetime value of each customer. Success means designing lifecycle programs that keep customers engaged with the platform, encourage continued product usage, and reinforce the value Force Fleet delivers over time.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes growth. As in, you enjoy doing the work, not just planning it. You may be a strong fit if you:

  • You are a subject matter expert with strong opinions on the future of growth marketing
  • Completed growth-centric educational / training programs like those offered by Reforge 
  • Have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth
  • Have worked in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS; bonus points for IoT experience
  • Love experimentation and building systems from scratch
  • Are highly comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and can follow the data
  • Are comfortable launching and measuring experiments quickly
