Imagine360 is seeking a Senior Events & Marketing Coordinator to join the team! The Senior Events & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing events while supporting overall marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and revenue. This role blends event logistics with digital and print marketing, requiring a detail-oriented and creative professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Position Location: 100% remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of internal and external events to ensure a high-quality experience for guests (logistics, vendors, venues, schedules, setup/breakdown)
- Work with internal teams to align events with strategic goals, inclusive of onsite presence, speaking opportunities, and other marketing campaigns
- Oversee guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and coordination to ensure events are maximized by leveraging tech stack resources, including HubSpot, Canva, and Stova
- Create and manage strategy for trade show booths, inclusive of technology to capture event leads
- Maintain event budgets and expense tracking

Marketing & Promotion
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and services
- Manage messaging and execution of digital marketing including emails and social media to promote event
- Create flyers, graphics, signage, and other promotional materials

Sponsorships
- Assist Sales in securing regional event sponsorships
- Ensure proper sponsor recognition and fulfillment
- Represent the organization at networking events, as appropriate

Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain event calendars, marketing timelines, and promotional schedules
- Collect and analyze event and marketing data (attendance, engagement, ROI)
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and event supplies
- Support documentation of events for archival and promotional use
Required Experience/Education:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in event coordination and marketing
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Canva, Stova, and other marketing technology
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with event platforms (e.g., virtual event tools, registration systems)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to travel and work evenings for events, as needed
