The Senior Event Marketing Manager will play a critical role in executing grand openings, rebrand launches, and national marketing events, while also acting as the primary liaison between the Event Sales and Marketing teams.
This role owns the event process end to end, from planning through execution and post-event reporting, while also supporting outbound sales efforts through the development of marketing materials, trade show coordination, and alignment on sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
What You'll Do:
Event Strategy, Planning & Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of grand openings, rebrand launches, and key marketing events across markets
- Develop and manage event timelines, run-of-show documents, and execution plans
- Lead event planning meetings with marketing, operations, and center teams
- Own post-event recaps, performance insights, and reporting to internal stakeholders
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Event Sales and Marketing teams
- Partner with Event Sales to support outbound initiatives with marketing materials, messaging, and assets
- Coordinate the development of sales collateral, presentations, and event-specific materials
- Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales priorities to drive event bookings
- Support Event Sales presence at trade shows with branded materials, booth setup, and messaging alignment
- Identify opportunities to maximize lead generation and brand presence at industry events
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Partner closely with marketing, operations, PR, and events teams to ensure consistent brand execution
- Act as the central point of contact for event-related marketing requests from internal teams
- Coordinate with the Events department on marketing needs, timelines, and asset delivery
Operations & Vendor Management:
- Own vendor sourcing, communication, and execution (photographers, talent, media activations, etc.)
- Oversee shipment, inventory, and distribution of branded materials and event assets
- Manage on-site execution as needed, ensuring brand standards and guest experience excellence
- Manage inbound marketing requests related to events, sales support, and in-center activations
PR & Partnership Integration:
- Partner with PR and partnerships teams to integrate media, influencers, and brand partners into events
- Support execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met across events and activations
- Coordinate media visits, press moments, and on-site coverage tied to events and openings
- Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment
Budget & Project Management:
- Track event budgets, invoices, and overall spend
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Support partnership execution and task management across campaign
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in event coordination and marketing or partnership marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams and supporting revenue-driving initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to event locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) a plus.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and representing an iconic entertainment brand.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000
Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
