Senior Digital Marketing & Community Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing & Community Specialist who is hands-on, execution-focused, and results-driven. You will lead IELTS content creation and community management while leveraging one core digital marketing strength to drive growth.

• Cathoven is an AI tutor for language tests. It scores the writing and speaking, finds weak points, and trains to improve the score the fastest.

• IELTS Content & Community Management
• Create IELTS-focused content to grow and engage the audience.
• Translate complex IELTS concepts into structured, learner-friendly formats.
• Moderate the community to maintain high engagement and quality standards.
• Launch community initiatives directly aligned with user growth.
• Refine messaging and content based on user feedback and insights.

• Marketing Operations & Execution
• Manage a simple sprint/task board to streamline marketing workflows.
• Break down initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and asset requirements.
• Track experiments, results, and learnings in a shared workspace.
• Maintain consistency across all ongoing marketing activities.

• Core Digital Marketing Strength
• Own one specific marketing vertical where you have a proven track record.
• Leverage this expertise to drive growth, engagement, or conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize outcomes.

• Minimum 2+ years of high-impact experience with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Graduation from a top-tier university, preferably with a STEM degree.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating IELTS content and managing online communities.
• Hands-on with social media execution and day-to-day marketing operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with IELTS, exam prep, or EdTech products is a strong plus.
