Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated workflows for marketing data management, including custom data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to identify opportunities for automation, streamline custom data flows, and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated pipelines and custom data processes to ensure consistent performance, reliability, and data integrity.
Document automation logic, custom process configurations, dependencies, and operational procedures to support transparency and maintainability.
Support governance and compliance efforts by embedding controls, validations, and audit mechanisms into both standard and custom automated processes.
Assist in the enhancement of custom data solutions by analyzing performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3 + year experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Airflow).
Recent experience with Databricks and Oracle.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and systems, troubleshoot effectively, and implement practical solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with marketing data environments and ETL frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms and workflow orchestration tools.
Exposure to data governance and quality assurance practices.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
