Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Subject Matter Expert (SME) with creative thinking and problemsolving skills to join our AI training and model development team. The ideal candidate will bring deepÂ
expertise in the retail sector—including operations, merchandising, supply chain, store management, andÂ
customer experience—and will help train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, domainÂ
relevance, and contextual understanding.
You will work cross functional teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to buildÂ
intelligent retail solutions such as virtual assistants, demand forecasting tools, and customer insightÂ
engines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the retail domain expert during the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuringÂ
contextual accuracy and industry relevance.
• Develop knowledge bases, taxonomies, and ontologies that reflect retail industry standards andÂ
best practices.
• Annotate, label, and validate datasets with domain-specific knowledge (product categories,Â
inventory terms, pricing, promotions, etc.).
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to design training data strategies, evaluation metrics, andÂ
prompt engineering techniques tailored to retail applications.
• Provide expert feedback on model outputs, identifying errors, ambiguities, and opportunitiesÂ
to improve model reasoning and performance.
• Partner with product and analytics teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives suchÂ
as improving sales, forecasting demand, or enhancing customer engagement.
• Stay current with emerging trends in retail technology and AI, bringing innovative ideas forÂ
practical implementation.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, orÂ
related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the retail sector (e.g., merchandising, operations, categoryÂ
management, supply chain, or e-commerce).
• Proven ability to translate business processes into structured data requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex retail conceptsÂ
for technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with retail data systems such as ERP, POS, CRM, or inventory management software isÂ
a plus
• 5–10 years of experience in the retail sector (e.g., merchandising, operations, categoryÂ
management, supply chain, or e-commerce).
• Proven ability to translate business processes into structured data requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our multidisciplinary team supportingÂ
the development, evaluation, and improvement of AI models used across insurance processes. The ideal candidateÂ
will bridge domain expertise and data-driven insights to ensure our AI systems are accurate, compliant, and alignedÂ
with industry standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with AI, data science, and product teams to evaluate AI models used in underwriting, claimsÂ
processing, risk assessment, and pricing.
• Identify gaps, biases, and limitations in existing models and contribute domain insights for improvement.
• Validate AI outputs against real-world insurance practices, regulatory requirements, and customerÂ
experience standards.
• Define key metrics and success criteria to measure model performance and business relevance.
• Support data labeling and annotation by providing insurance-specific context and expertise.
• Assist in designing explainable AI frameworks to enhance model transparency and trustworthiness.
• Stay current with insurance regulations, compliance standards, and emerging AI applications in the sector.
• Worked in atleast one top 10 insurance companies of the world having experience in AL/ML designedÂ
insurance application related to Underwriting of the insurance business.
• Good experience in ruberics, prompt engineering and AL/LM model or collabarative worked with theÂ
engineering team for building up claims, policy administration product development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry (underwriting, claims, risk modeling, or productÂ
management).
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, policy structures, and regulatory frameworks.

marketing concepts, workflows, and business goals.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across the marketing funnel—from campaign strategyÂ
and content creation to analytics and optimization—and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance marketingÂ
intelligence and automation.
You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to help build next-generation AIÂ
models capable of powering marketing assistants, campaign optimizers, and predictive analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Domain Training & Annotation
o Provide domain expertise during model training, ensuring AI systems understandÂ
marketing terminology, logic, and workflows.
o Label, curate, and validate datasets containing marketing materials (ad copy, campaignÂ
briefs, KPIs, customer segments, etc.).
o Design realistic scenarios and data prompts representing different marketing contextsÂ
(e.g., brand launches, A/B testing, multichannel campaigns).
• Workflow Simulation & Process Mapping
o Translate end-to-end marketing workflows (e.g., campaign planning → execution →Â
measurement → optimization) into structured training data for AI learning.
o Identify decision points, metrics, and dependencies in marketing operations that AIÂ
systems must recognize.
o Collaborate with ML engineers to represent these workflows in AI-friendly formatsÂ
(taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or structured datasets).
• Model Evaluation & Feedback
o Review AI-generated outputs for marketing relevance, creativity, tone, and compliance.
o Provide structured feedback and improvement strategies to improve modelÂ
understanding and response quality.
o Develop and refine evaluation criteria (e.g., campaign effectiveness, audience relevance,Â
brand consistency).
• Strategic Collaboration & Innovation
o Partner with product teams to define AI-driven marketing use cases (campaignÂ
recommendations, content personalization, audience segmentation, performanceÂ
prediction).
o Bring a creative problem-solving mindset to identify opportunities where AI can improveÂ
marketing efficiency and decision-making.
o Stay current with evolving marketing technologies, data platforms, and generative AIÂ

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7–12 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with exposure to:
o Campaign strategy and execution (digital, social, performance, and/or brand marketing)
o Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.)
o Analytics and measurement workflows (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
o Customer segmentation, journey mapping, and content strategy

o Seo research using AI/ML methodology to get the best outputÂ
Proven ability to translate real-world marketing problems into structured data or processÂ
documentation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills—able to articulate domain logic clearly toÂ
technical teams.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with data science, product, or engineering teams.
Ideal Workflow Experience:
The candidate should have practical experience managing or contributing to several of the followingÂ
workflows:
1. Campaign Lifecycle Management:
o Brief creation, creative development, approval, launch, tracking, and post-campaignÂ
analysis.
2. Performance Marketing:
o Keyword research, bidding strategy, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
3. CRM & Marketing Automation:
o Lead scoring, email drip campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and customerÂ
retention programs.
4. Content Strategy & Social Media:
o Editorial calendar planning, content generation, influencer marketing, and engagementÂ
analytics.
5. Data-Driven Marketing
o Using data to optimize campaigns, build dashboards, and interpret KPIs.
6. Brand & Communication:
o Managing tone, consistency, and storytelling across channels
    This would be 20 hours per week and the duration would be 3 months which might extend to one year.
