What You’ll Do:
Secondary Marketing Pricing Coordinator supports the functions of the Secondary Marketing department by providing exceptional customer service, knowledge and excellent communication to our internal and external customers. They are responsible for completing new locks and maintaining pricing for all locks throughout the life of the loan.
New Locks – Oversee the process of new hedged locks and facilitating loan lock transactions with our correspondent investors.
Manages Locked Pipeline- Work directly with Loan Originators, and other internal staff members via phone calls and through the Secondary email queue, on all lock related issues. Researching and completing relocks, lock revisions and extensions in a timely manner.
Investor Relations- Interact with Investors as it relates to loan commitment and sales.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience with Secondary Marketing Pricing Coordination.
Understanding of New Locks, Managing Locked Pipelines, Daily Rates, and Investor Relations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
General Computer Skills
Ability to work 10:30 am CST – 7:00 pm CST 1 or 2 days a week for West Coast coverage.
Ability to travel 2 days each quarter to Rosemont, IL for meetings, team building and training.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $42,000 - $55,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
