As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will move these high-growth companies toward a more operationally efficient organization.
As a RevOps Consultant, you’ll play a key role in advising and executing on roadmaps for some of the fastest-growing companies across their marketing technology stack, campaign operations, and lead management processes. You’ll help clients improve how they generate, route, nurture, and measure demand by designing scalable solutions across marketing automation and CRM platforms.

We’re a fully remote company. At this time, we are only able to hire candidates who reside in the following locations due to payroll, tax, and compliance requirements:
U.S. states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah.
Countries: Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico, Brazil.
Guiding clients by presenting options, identifying trade-offs, and recommending scalable marketing operations solutions.
Documenting business requirements, campaign workflows, lead lifecycle processes, and workstream plans.
Building, testing, and optimizing solutions related to campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, nurturing, attribution, and marketing-to-sales handoff.
Tracking project progress while keeping internal teams and clients up to date.
Working across marketing and revenue technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and related applications.
Helping clients improve funnel performance, data quality, segmentation, and reporting visibility across the buyer journey.
Contributing to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge base by sharing learnings, problem-solving with teammates, and leading trainings.
Managing client relationships and building trust as a strategic partner.

You have 4–6 years of experience as a consultant or in a marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market systems role.
You have hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
You understand core marketing operations concepts such as lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, lead scoring, routing, nurturing, attribution, and funnel reporting.
You display strong technical aptitude and are close to an SME in at least one core platform or functional area.
You have strong organization and project management skills.
You’re a strong presenter who builds trusted client relationships and can collaborate effectively across internal delivery teams.
You have high attention to quality and detail.
A certification in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or a related platform is preferred.

The base salary for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 USD, which includes two levels in this range. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
