Minimum Educational Req: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Growth Analytics, or a related field.
Position Summary:
The Revenue & Marketing Analytics Manager serves as the reporting and analytics bridge between marketing execution and financial performance. Reporting to the VP of FP&A within Business Operations and Revenue Operations, this role is responsible for transforming marketing, funnel, and revenue data into executive- and Board-level insights that drive strategic business decisions.
This position owns reporting across both B2B and B2C marketing funnels, ensuring alignment between marketing performance metrics, customer acquisition economics, enrollment activity, and revenue outcomes. The role will build and maintain consistent reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and KPI definitions that provide leadership with a single source of truth across Career Certified's portfolio of brands.
The Revenue & Marketing Analytics Manager partners closely with Marketing, Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations, and Data teams to improve reporting visibility, strengthen metric consistency, and deliver actionable insights that support growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
B2B Funnel Reporting
- Own the B2B pipeline funnel reporting process, tracking performance from MQL through SQL, Opportunity, and Customer.
- Monitor funnel conversion rates, velocity metrics, and stage-to-stage drop-off trends.
- Produce recurring pipeline performance reporting for executive leadership and business unit stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to align lead qualification and routing methodologies.
- Reconcile B2B enrollment activity with revenue and financial reporting.
B2C Funnel & Enrollment Reporting
- Own B2C enrollment funnel reporting across all Career Certified brands.
- Analyze conversion performance from site visit through enrollment and purchase.
- Track enrollment conversion rates by brand, channel, product, and source.
- Identify performance trends, opportunities, and anomalies while providing business-focused recommendations.
- Reconcile enrollment activity and conversion reporting to revenue results.
Executive & Board Reporting
- Build and maintain executive-level marketing performance dashboards and reporting packages.
- Develop consolidated marketing performance rollups used by executive leadership and Board stakeholders.
- Partner with FP&A to produce company-wide CAC, LTV, and LTV:CAC reporting.
- Create cohort, retention, and lifetime value analyses across multiple brands and product lines.
- Support Board presentations, strategic planning initiatives, and diligence-related reporting requests.
Budget & Spend Reconciliation
- Monitor marketing spend performance against budget and forecast.
- Coordinate budget-versus-actual reporting in partnership with Finance and FP&A.
- Ensure reporting aligns with Finance's system of record.
- Support affiliate commission reconciliation and performance tracking.
- Provide analysis on spending efficiency and marketing return on investment.
Metric Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain the organization's marketing KPI registry and reporting definitions.
- Ensure consistency of metrics across operational, executive, and Board-level reporting.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Finance, FP&A, Data Analytics, and Sales Operations teams to align reporting standards and data sources.
- Provide ad hoc marketing, revenue, and business performance analyses.
- Recommend and implement reporting improvements that increase accuracy, visibility, and decision-making effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement and customer acquisition economics.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to revenue and financial outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC ratios, conversion optimization, retention metrics, and marketing ROI.
- Experience supporting both B2B pipeline reporting and B2C/eCommerce analytics.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including communication with executive audiences.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar BI platform
- Salesforce CRM

Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL and data querying experience
- Paid media reporting platforms
- Affiliate marketing analytics platforms
- Email marketing and lifecycle marketing analytics tools
- Marketing attribution and customer journey reporting experience
