The Role:

At Dealer Image Pro, a division of PBS Systems, we’re hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to drive qualified pipeline growth through disciplined account-based marketing and performance-driven demand programs.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for executing and optimizing our ABM and digital demand strategy across defined ICPs and priority accounts. You will oversee paid media performance, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, continuously tested, and optimized for measurable impact.

This is a hands-on performance role focused on execution, optimization, and cross-channel alignment. You will monitor results, analyze multi-channel data, guide testing strategy, and ensure paid media, organic content, landing experiences, website experience, and marketing automation operate as a cohesive demand engine.

We’re looking for a data-driven, multi-faceted leader who understands how modern B2B demand funnels operate, thinks strategically, executes with discipline, and leads with accountability and a strong team-first mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize ABM and demand generation programs across defined ICPs and target segments
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Translate strategy into clear, executable campaign plans
  • Lead A/B testing across ads, landing pages, website experiences, and funnels
  • Oversee paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta, and display, ensuring efficiency and alignment to demand strategy
  • Lead structured testing across creatives, audiences, offers, CTAs, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and cross-reference multi-channel performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Track campaign impact within HubSpot and Salesforce, connecting marketing efforts to pipeline outcomes
  • Own and optimize website performance, including conversion paths, landing pages, and user experience
  • Own and optimize email marketing strategy, including nurture programs, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Build and refine automated workflows, nurture sequences, and conversion paths to improve lead engagement and conversion
  • Align organic content efforts with paid promotion to maximize reach and engagement
  • Strengthen attribution visibility and overall funnel performance
  • Ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns, website, and landing experiences
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Propensity ABM, website, and integrations) to support full-funnel performance
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing Automation Coordinator, ensuring scalable execution and system efficiency

What Success Looks Like:

  • Demand programs consistently contribute to pipeline and revenue
  • Campaigns launch on time with clear goals and measurable outcomes
  • Marketing efficiency improves across spend, conversion, and ROI
  • Paid performance improves through disciplined testing and creative refresh cycles
  • Messaging, ads, landing pages, website, email, and automation work as a cohesive system
  • Multi-channel data informs decisions and optimizations
  • The team operates with accountability, focus, and positive momentum
  • A scalable, automated demand engine is in place across ABM, paid media, website, and lifecycle marketing
  • Funnel conversion rates improve across key stages (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of demand generation or performance marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing B2B ABM programs
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta campaign strategy
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO
  • Experience working in HubSpot, Salesforce, and an ABM platform (Propensity preferred)
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members (required)
  • Background in SaaS or technology environments (required)
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance optimization
  • A proactive leader with a strong team-first mindset
  • Positive, accountable, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Ability to travel within the USA and Canada up to 10% of the time to attend conferences, Head Office visits, and occasional leadership meetings
