THE ROLE

The Regional Marketing Manager oversees driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration through an innovative mix of marketing programs and collaborating with key stakeholders. The key objective of this role is to plan and execute integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead joint marketing efforts with partners, drive lead generation and customer advocacy, assist in converting sales opportunities into new customers.

He/she will need to understand the overall business goals and work collaboratively with the broader team (sales and marketing) to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketing events and programs to meet those goals.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • You will plan, develop, manage project and budget to ensure successful implementation of integrated marketing programs and events for demand generation, pipeline building and acceleration, and customer advocacy

  • You will collaborate with internal and external teams including global and regional teams to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on ensuring a healthy pipeline for sustainable growth

  • You will build strong partnership and drive close alignment with stakeholders, develop joint marketing programs and events, ensure strong internal and external collaboration to deliver business outcomes

  • You will partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline building and acceleration programs based on the business priorities

  • You will ensure marketing programs are executed flawlessly and meet goals to drive maximum pipeline

  • You will collaborate with regional and global marketing operations team for lead management and generate regular reports to review

  • You will forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of marketing programs on monthly and quarterly basis

  • You will develop digital and social media marketing campaigns and ABM programs to drive demand generation, help inform the development of marketing collaterals

  • You will plan and deliver impactful customer events, roundtables, and webinars, including liaising with event coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions

  • You will develop and maintain strong knowledge of leading industry trends by reading the financial and country specific press /analyst and appropriate industry websites

REQUIREMENTS

  • You should have full time university degree in Marketing, business, communications or related disciplines, MBA or master’s degree is a plus

  • You should have marketing experience in a B2B industry

  • You should speak perfect English

  • You should be able to travel internationally

  • You should have solid experiences with IT, Hi-tech preferably with experiences with Cloud/SaaS business solutions and Financial Services industries

  • You should have strong project leadership experience with medium to large-scaled projects such as virtual and physical B2B events, be able to manage project team

  • You should have strong experiences of developing and executing successful demand generation programs to drive pipeline and deliver revenue

  • You should be self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability; with positive and can-do attitude

  • You should have proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects independently

  • You should have analytical skills and experiences, be comfortable with working with data for regular business reporting

  • You should have knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
