The Regional Marketing Business Partner is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all field marketing activities in North America. You'll work closely with the North America Sales team to ensure a tight connection between marketing and pipeline activity.
This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Social Marketing, and is part of the Global Marketing Team. This will be a fully remote role based in the US, with preference for a US - East Coast time zone. Regular travel to conferences and our offices in Boston, MA, and Woking, UK may be required.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own regional field marketing execution end‑to‑end, planning and delivering impactful events and programs—including trade shows, IDBS‑hosted events, webinars, and sponsorships—while managing vendors, logistics, creative assets, budgets, and pre‑/post‑event workflows to support pipeline growth.
Serve as a trusted partner to regional sales, ensuring strong alignment between marketing activity and pipeline outcomes by governing lead flow in Salesforce, monitoring SLA compliance, providing funnel visibility, and acting as the primary liaison between sales teams and global marketing.
Drive targeted account‑based marketing for strategic accounts, supporting deeper engagement across two named accounts through tailored 90‑day campaigns, bespoke activities, customer advocacy development, and clear tracking of account‑level performance and impact.
Deliver actionable reporting, insights, and market intelligence, tracking performance across events, campaigns, and accounts; providing regular pipeline and conversion reporting; and surfacing regional trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
Support digital, automation, and operational excellence, including website and content updates (WordPress, Showpad), marketing automation and email nurtures (Pardot), webinar support, compliance and vendor processes, martech administration, and continuous improvement through AI and tooling upskilling.
Key Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, life sciences or related field
3+ Years proven experience in B2B regional or field marketing, with hands‑on delivery of events, campaigns, or regional programs—ideally within SaaS, life sciences, or enterprise software environments.
Strong operational and martech capability, with experience using Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), and event or campaign tools to manage leads, workflows, and reporting.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple events, campaigns, or initiatives concurrently while maintaining high execution standards.
Solid understanding of lead management and pipeline processes, with a clear focus on marketing’s impact on revenue.

The annual salary range is $70,000 - $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
