We are seeking a consultant/freelancer with demonstrated success in promoting job opportunities and improving candidate flow through social media and digital channels. This is a contract-based, flexible engagement focused on results and visibility, not simply content posting.
Primary Objective:
Increase qualified applicant volume and improve reach/engagement for active job postings. (Plumbing Industry)
Scope of Support May Include:
• Advertising and promoting job openings across social and digital platforms
• Developing targeted strategies to increase candidate engagement
• Optimizing job post visibility and response rates
• Advising on messaging, targeting, and channel selection
• Monitoring performance and recommending adjustments
Ideal Background:
• Proven success promoting job postings or recruitment campaigns in hard to fill areas
• Experience with paid and/or organic social strategies
• Ability to explain past results or examples of impact
• Familiarity with hiring, recruiting, or workforce marketing preferred
• Self-directed, responsive, and results-oriented
Engagement Structure:
