About the Role We are looking for a client-facing Project Manager with a strong marketing background and exceptional coordination skills. This role is the operational backbone of the company—every team either starts here or collaborates closely with this function. You will serve as the bridge between clients, fulfillment teams, and internal stakeholders. Your mission is to maintain clarity, momentum, and a world-class client experience from post-sale through full delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own the client relationship after the sale closes. Act as the primary liaison between:
Clients Marketing & fulfillment teams Internal leadership
Lead and manage onboarding, expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Work within tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, CRMs, and project management platforms. Track progress, identify risks early, and keep all parties informed and aligned. Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the engagement. Collaborate across departments to proactively solve issues and remove roadblocks.
Optional Fulfillment Add-On For candidates with deeper hands-on execution skills:
Support day‑to‑day fulfillment tasks. Oversee delivery quality and consistency. Optimize processes across accounts and workflows.

Required Skills
Strong background in marketing. Proven project management experience. Ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Comfort managing competing priorities simultaneously. High emotional intelligence and an ownership-driven mindset.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in agencies or marketing operations. Hands-on experience with ClickUp, CRMs, or similar PM tools. Previous exposure to client-facing leadership roles.
