We’re a high-performance, low-ego team driven by urgency, collaboration, and bold thinking. Working at Flock means tackling big challenges, moving fast, and continuously improving. It’s intense but deeply rewarding for those who want to make an impact.
With nearly $700M in venture funding and a $7.5B valuation, we’re scaling intentionally and seeking top talent to help build the impossible. If you value teamwork, ownership, and solving tough problems, Flock could be the place for you.
The Opportunity
Flock Safety is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and storytelling for one of our core product lines. This role will define how our products show up in the market, lead launches that drive adoption and revenue, and help customers—from city agencies to private businesses—understand how our technology solves real public safety challenges.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue, serving as the connective tissue between teams. The goal: to ensure our go-to-market efforts are fast, coordinated, and backed by clear internal and external customer understanding. This role exists now because we’re scaling rapidly across software and hardware and need a PMM who can bring clarity, alignment, and storytelling excellence to a critical part of our portfolio.
The Skillset
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Communications, or Customer Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in SaaS or a complex, regulated industry such as public safety, healthcare, defense, or finance.
Proven success launching and scaling products that balance technical depth with narrative clarity.
A track record as a trusted sales partner—you know what field teams need and deliver it fast.
Strong storytelling skills that translate complex, policy-heavy, or technical capabilities into simple, high-impact (jargon-free) narratives.
Deep curiosity and analytical instincts, using data, interviews, and trends to inform GTM strategy.
A mindset that favors clarity, collaboration, and action—comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving alignment across teams.
Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box? That’s okay; we’ve felt that way too. Studies have shown women and minorities are less likely to apply unless they meet all qualifications. We encourage you to break the status quo and apply to roles that would make you excited to come to work every day.
