About the role
InRule is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to enable InRule’s next wave of growth. This is a critical role as subject matter expert for all InRule products. You will collaborate on go-to-market strategies to drive growth and execute many of its details. You will develop a messaging system that guides multi-media storytelling across the Total Product Experience (TPE).
This role emphasizes zero-to-one innovation, evidence-backed strategy, programmatic processes that are made for scale, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories. You’ll work closely with InRule’s Outcome Driven Innovation (ODI) team with a focus on customer outcomes through the Jobs-to-be-done lens.
What you'll do
- Create go-to-market programs that align with quantified opportunities in the market to grow pipeline
- Collaborate on programs that enable delivery teams to speed time to value, increase CSAT and NPS, and create a seamless total product experience
- Create a modular, built-for-scale messaging system used to create sales enablement materials, case studies, presentations, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, guides, and videos
- Continually improve customer-facing stories by measuring how well it helps customers, using quant and qual testing
- Partner with demand-gen teams to create campaigns and nurture programs
- Codify and prioritize customer feedback, product usage data, and competitive analysis
- Continuously improve go-to-market systems and product positioning based on market data
- Take the time to make your writing and programs simple for co-workers and customers
- Ensure processes and the way of working creates a productive and joyful employee experience and increase eNPS
What we’re looking for
- 3-10+ years of experience with product marketing
- 5+ years in B2B software
- Skilled in cross functional collaboration
- Champion of world class customer experience
- Economical with time and clear with opinions, thinking, and communicating
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Adept communicating technical topics to any audience
- Accomplished writer who can originate voice and tone systems and write content
- Analytical thinker who can identify patterns and make evidence-based decisions
- Can see the total product experience gestalt and manage the macro journey and micro pixels to improve it
