Product Marketing Director (Remote U.S.)

Position Summary
Uniguest is seeking a Product Marketing Director to lead strategic initiatives to position and grow SaaS products in competitive markets. In this position, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure that product value is clearly communicated to customers and internal stakeholders. This position is a remote work environment based in the United States. Please note, this position will begin in January 2026. We are seeking candidates available to start at that time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for SaaS offerings.
• Manage and mentor product marketing team member to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Own and execute go-to-market strategies for major product launches and feature rollouts.
• Partner with product management to influence roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Enable sales and customer success teams with compelling narratives, tools, and training.
• Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to drive awareness and adoption.
• Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness to refine messaging and strategy.

Experience & Skills

• Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS products.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
• Experience working closely with sales, product, and executive teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and product analytics platforms.

Required Qualifications 

• 5–8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS.
