You'll grow as an expert copywriter and marketing project leader while working across departments and channels to turn pioneering AI product innovation into compelling campaigns that convince buyers. 🌟


WHAT YOU WILL DO

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can transform Synera’s AI and automation technology into narratives that resonate with engineering leaders in new and existing markets. This means interviewing our subject matter experts to extract the "why" behind complex features, then crafting campaigns and content that make enterprise buyers say "we need this." At the heart of this role is copywriting and campaign coordination. You'll create content for web pages, press articles, blogs, video scripts, white papers, flyers, and update internal positioning and persona documents.

Working with our creative marketing team: Kacey, Pauline, Daniel, and Jaime, you'll be responsible for refining Synera's brand, product messaging, and driving pipeline across Europe and the US. You'll work cross-functionally with engineers and customer success teams, as well as sales, and the design teams, to guide alignment and visual execution of your messaging vision.

 
👉 What a week at Synera could look like:

  • Monday: Kick off the week with the marketing team standup to align on priorities and blockers. Spend the afternoon in deep focus mode drafting an educationally strategic white paper on AI agents in engineering.

  • Tuesday: Interview two solution engineers to understand a new product capability and customer use case, then work on translating those insights into an internal positioning doc for the sales team and for the upcoming release announcement.

  • Wednesday: Meet with Kacey to review last month's campaign performance and discuss optimization opportunities. Brainstorm on messaging and campaign elements for the upcoming product announcement before heading back to your white paper draft.

  • Thursday: Start the day by doing research for the next month’s article and discussing the visuals with the Design team for a pillar web page you finished last week.

  • Friday: Collaborate with Jaime and Daniel on messaging for LinkedIn influencer campaigns and reviewing video scripts and plan the tasks for next week, before you head into the weekend.

⚡ In 6 months: 

  • You've transformed our existing brand foundations into crisp, campaign-ready messaging that positions us through differentiation.

  • You’ve launched and optimized your first multi-channel lead generation campaign.

  • You’ve established yourself as the trusted bridge between our technical teams and content creation, guiding buyers from awareness to 1st sales meeting and beyond.

⚡ In 12 months: 

  • You've launched 4 campaigns that generated 800+ early-stage leads, and optimized 2 of them based on performance data to improve conversion rates.

  • You’ve established a strong collaborative rhythm with Kacey on campaign ideation and execution.

  • Your ability to work cross-functionally has been key to getting these campaigns from concept to launch successfully across a multi-channel marketing team.

🌱 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Even if you don't meet these criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role, we encourage you to apply. We know it's tough, but please keep in mind that you don't have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role. 

  • Several years in B2B software or engineering software marketing, ideally for complex technical products.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills at a native English level. Since copywriting is the heart of the role, you should love wordsmithing and care deeply about getting messaging right.

  • Experience launching and managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, from strategy and execution through measurement and optimization.

  • You know how to extract technical insights from subject matter experts through interviews and research, then translate that into messaging that resonates.

  • You're comfortable with the speed and ambiguity of a scaling startup - juggling multiple projects, adapting quickly, and delivering quality work.

  • If you are familiar with topics of AI or automation in engineering - it’s a great bonus!
