Position Overview
The Product Manager owns the positioning and success of assigned products within our Sleep diagnostics portfolio in the marketplace. This strategic role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive plans that cover current Natus market segments and extend beyond them, driving the product from inception to the end-of-life activities, and ensuring global market success. This position takes ownership of marketing design inputs (MDI) incremental changes and new product introductions, translating market needs into successful product launches through a comprehensive approach that integrates product specifications, clinical data, reimbursement, and market access strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
• Ensure product regulatory, commercial, and technical viability through execution of Gate 7-10 reviews
• Conduct comprehensive product portfolio planning and rationalizationÂ
• Identify and prioritize product needs based on market insights

Innovation
• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from Gate 1 through Gate 6
• Take ownership of marketing design inputs (MDI) for NPI and sustaining activities
• Create comprehensive business cases that align with strategic objectives and focus on global markets
• Develop and maintain the User Requirements Document (URD)

Market Intelligence
• Gather global Voice of Customer (VOC) insights through customer visits and communication, market research and monitoring of competitive landscape and industry trends

Strategic Leadership
• Spearhead the development of global market plans (GMP) for all product launches
• Collaborate closely with key markets including North America, Europe and APAC
• Assist Category Director in assessing the needs for additional clinical claims, commercial
support/structure, and technical expertise

Cross-Functional Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product goals
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, QA/RA, Sales, the General Manager EMEA/APAC, and Global as well as Regional Marketing

Required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare), MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing in healthcare/medical device industry
• Demonstrated success in product launches and commercialization

Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience in product management within the medical device industry
• Experience working with cross-functional, diverse teams in a multinational, dynamic organization
• Excellent analytical capabilities and experience in gathering and interpreting Voice of Customer (VOC) insights
• Excellent communication abilities to articulate product value across stakeholders
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize actions based on market needs and technical constraints
• Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare/medical device industry
• Proven track record in product development and lifecycle management

Pay Transparency:Â
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $90-100,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Â
