This is a highly visible, global role where you’ll connect customer needs, clinical insights, technology, and commercial strategy to help bring meaningful products to market and maximize their impact throughout the entire product lifecycle.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence products from inception and New Product Introduction (NPI) through commercialization, sustaining activities, and end-of-life, working alongside teams across North America, Europe, and APAC.
This role owns marketing design inputs (MDI) for incremental changes and new product introductions, translating market needs into successful products and launches through a comprehensive approach that brings together product specifications, clinical data, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
What You’ll Get to Do
Own & Shape the Product Portfolio

- Ensure product regulatory, commercial, and technical viability through execution of Gate 7–10 reviews.

- Drive products throughout their lifecycle, from inception through end-of-life activities, with a focus on global market success.
Turn Ideas & Market Needs into New Products

- Take ownership of marketing design inputs (MDI) for NPI and sustaining activities.
- Create comprehensive business cases that align with strategic objectives and focus on global markets.

- Translate market needs into successful product launches by integrating product specifications, clinical data, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
Bring the Voice of the Customer into Product Strategy
- Gather global Voice of Customer (VOC) insights through customer visits and communication.
- Conduct market research and monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Use customer and market insights to identify opportunities and help determine product priorities.
Drive Global Product & Launch Strategy
- Spearhead the development of Global Market Plans (GMP) for all product launches.
- Collaborate closely with key markets, including North America, Europe, and APAC.
- Assist the Category Director in assessing needs for additional clinical claims, commercial support/structure, and technical expertise.
- Help ensure our products and strategies are positioned to succeed across diverse global markets.
