Platform Integration: Evaluates, onboards, and integrates marketing technologies across the martech stack, including marketing automation (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), web (WordPress), and analytics (Google Analytics), ensuring tools are configured for performance, compliance, and cross-functional usability.
-
Vendor Oversight: Monitors platform performance, maintains vendor relationships, and evaluates emerging technologies to keep the martech stack current, cost-effective, and aligned with business priorities.
-

-
Process Optimization: Drives process optimization by auditing existing workflows, identifying friction points, and implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency for both the marketing team and the teams it supports.
-

AI Implementation: Leads the identification and implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows, including LLM-based automation and agentic AI deployments, to accelerate content operations, campaign execution, data analysis, and process automation across the marketing organization.
-
Systems Architecture: Establishes and maintains a scalable martech architecture by defining data flows, integration standards, and system governance practices that support long-term growth without accumulating technical debt.
-
Data Governance: Defines data governance standards across the martech ecosystem, including taxonomy, naming conventions, and quality controls, as new tools and AI workflows are introduced.
Cross-Functional Enablement
-
Stakeholder Partnership: Partners cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing systems with broader organizational infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, attribution accuracy, and seamless handoffs across functions.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related role, with a track record of owning and building systems rather than just managing them.
