The Business Intelligence Principal-Marketing supports Uniti Fiber’s marketing organization by turning market, campaign, customer, and sales data into actionable insights that improve growth, brand awareness, and go-to-market performance. This role serves as a key strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance by building dashboards, analyzing campaign effectiveness, identifying market opportunities, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions.

This position requires strong analytical ability, business judgment, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for marketing performance, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and lead conversion.
  • Analyze customer, prospect, and market data to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and growth segments for Uniti Fiber.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to measure brand awareness, demand generation performance, and channel effectiveness.
  • Deliver insights on pricing, competitive positioning, customer behavior, and market penetration.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations based on data findings.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and annual marketing strategy development with data-backed analysis.
  • Help improve data quality, reporting processes, and workflow efficiency across marketing systems and business tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to align metrics and reporting definitions.
  • Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, segmentation, and improved campaign targeting.

Do You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • College degree and 8+ years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12+ years professional level-related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required. Strong experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with SQL, CRM platforms, and marketing data environments.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, campaign attribution, segmentation, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and translate analysis into business action.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, wholesale, enterprise technology, or B2B services.
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with pricing analysis, market sizing, and competitive intelligence.
  • Experience supporting executive teams with strategic reporting and business reviews.
  • Understanding of KPI development for enterprise sales and marketing organizations.
