About the Role

We are looking for a data-obsessed, creative-first Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Social) t to drive the execution and strategy of our paid social engine across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Reporting to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be hands-on in-platform every day while increasingly shaping budget discussions.

We need someone deep in platforms today, ready to take on more strategic responsibility. You'll be responsible for hitting aggressive growth targets while maintaining a strict CPA floor and a clear view of subscriber LTV.We need a strategic lead who understands how to leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate creative testing and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest from quarterly planning through daily optimization.
  • Manage a 7-figure annual spend, ensuring efficient allocation across regions and provinces to meet weekly net-growth targets and subscriber LTV.
  • Build and present weekly and monthly paid social performance narratives to leadership, including learnings, recommendations, and budget reallocation proposals.
  • Partner with brand and content teams to develop high-performing, brand-aligned ad creative.
  • Use attribution tools to track blended ROAS and make data-driven decisions based on true cohort retention data.
  • Stay current with paid social trends and translate them into recommendations that keep our strategy sharp.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in performance marketing, with at least 2 years owning paid social budgets end-to-end for a DTC brand.
  • Deep, recent in-platform expertise across Meta and at least one of TikTok or Pinterest.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between CAC, LTV, and churn, and can translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Attribution App, or similar).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Pixel management, and developing testing structures based on performance.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple geographic markets is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into the marketing workflow (e.g., using AI for creative testing, sentiment analysis, or automated reporting).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Bonus Points

  • Experience scaling a brand into new markets or geographies.
  • Experience in food & beverage, grocery, or subscription-based industries.
  • Knowledge of the Quebec market and French-language advertising.Familiarity with creative analytics tools (Motion, or similar).
