About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital & Ecommerce team and help accelerate revenue growth across our paid media ecosystem. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a data-driven marketer who thrives in building, scaling, and optimizing paid campaigns while collaborating closely with creative, ecommerce, and external partners.

You’ll own the end-to-end paid media strategy, from campaign build and execution to performance analysis and continuous optimization while also helping shape the future of our paid media capabilities through new features, platforms, and audience strategies.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Own and manage paid advertising across:

  • Google Ads

  • Microsoft/Bing

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Paid social channels including Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging platforms

  • Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns focused on:

  • Revenue growth

  • Customer acquisition

  • Audience expansion and retention

  • Set up, maintain, and continuously optimize campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting

Growth & Innovation

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow direct-to-consumer sales through paid channels

  • Enable growth through channel expansion into new and emerging channels (i.e. TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit) and launching paid media for new ecommerce sites

  • Stay current on platform updates and emerging trends, translating new features into actionable growth opportunities

  • Own experimentation and testing roadmaps to drive incremental performance gains

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to:

  • Brief and align on visual and copy assets

  • Ensure creative aligns with performance goals

  • Iterate based on performance insights and learnings

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are both brand-aligned and conversion-focused

Partnerships & External Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Front Row, ensuring strong collaboration, accountability, and performance alignment

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with:

  • Google representatives

  • Meta and other platform reps

  • Agencies and external partners

  • Leverage partner insights to inform strategy, optimization, and testing

Reporting & Insights

  • Own performance reporting across all paid channels, including:

  • Revenue, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and audience growth metrics

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders

  • Share updates on performance, new features, platform changes, and growth opportunities

  • Use data to inform strategy and continuously refine execution

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support broader Digital & Ecommerce initiatives as needed

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and pilots aligned with business priorities

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media

  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across:

  • Google Ads

  • Microsoft/Bing

  • Meta

  • Paid social platforms (e.g., Reddit, Snapchat)

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Campaign structure and optimization

  • Audience targeting and segmentation

  • Performance measurement and attribution

  • Experience working closely with creative teams (visual and copy) to drive results

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

  • Comfortable owning strategy while also executing day-to-day work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ecommerce or DTC experience strongly preferred

  • Experience managing or partnering with agencies

  • Familiarity with launching and scaling new channels or platforms

  • Experience building relationships with platform reps (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • Experience managing paid media across multiple ecommerce stores within the same sales vertical

  • Based in or willing to commute within the DC / Maryland area

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • You’ll have real ownership over paid media strategy and performance

  • You’ll influence how we scale revenue and acquire new audiences

  • You’ll work alongside a collaborative Digital & Ecommerce team with strong leadership support

  • You’ll help shape the future of our paid media capabilities as we continue to grow
