Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for creating strategy, managing campaign budgets, implementing tracking solutions, and driving measurable growth using a data-driven approach.
Tasks
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and A/B testing.
- Implement and monitor tracking solutions including Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, Pixels, and Server-Side Tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance, build reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and improve underperforming ones.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
Proven track record in managing high-performance Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong experience with conversion tracking setup and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.).
- Solid understanding of optimization techniques and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other ad platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of server-side tracking and advanced attribution models.
- Background in D2C/eCommerce marketing.
